The 2008 NYC Marathon started off on a cool Sunday this year. Cathy and I cheered on the runners from sidelines of Vernon Blvd. in Long Island City. LIC is halfway through the marathon and this year the streets were lined with excited spectators. There were competitors from all corners of the globe. See video of the marathon after the jump.
